Over the last month we have had two jobs carried out by Alistair Thorpe’s. The engineer was Lewis, who did a wonderful job. He was very courteous turned up before the time that was scheduled and made sure that when he was finished, he left our kitchen and bathrooms spotless. I will have no doubts about recommending Thorpe’s to anyone I meet who needs a plumbing job done.

This was the third occasion we have used this firm and on each occasion the service could not be faulted. Plumber and/or heating engineer turned up on time and carried out work most efficiently. Office staff also most courteous and helpful.

Choosing a firm to do work on ones house is nerve-wracking. I made the right decision here. A professional firm. Mark and Sam were lovely. New boiler, some replacement radiators, plus a few other bits and pieces. Everything great. I am very happy.

My elderly mother had her gas cut off yesterday due to a leak , leaving her with no heating or hot water ! Quick phone call to Thorpe’s , they treated it as an emergency and were at the house at 5 pm. By 5.30 the problem was solved and the house warm again . I cannot praise you guys enough!
